My name is Fiza Errington

I’m Fiza Errington – the founder of Club Whisperer, a consultancy born from a passion for helping clubs thrive. I’m proud to be the first female in Australia to earn the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation (2023) through the Club Management Association of America (CMAA), a milestone that reflects both my commitment to the profession and deep understanding of club operations.

With over two decade of hands-on experience in golf and private club management, I’ve worn many hats, from operations and finance to marketing, membership engagement, and HR. I’ve led teams, turned around processes, boosted revenue, and implemented systems that actually work for the people who use them.

But Club Whisperer isn’t about ticking boxes – it’s about transformation from the ground up. I’m not here for the fluff of strategy decks. I work directly with Boards and Managers to streamline operations, implement cost-effective and efficient systems using CRM, cloud, or AI technology, and elevate the member experience in ways that are both practical and innovative.
