Reliable expert support, not just a virtual assistant cover. Covering minor administration, answering queries, bookkeeping services, processing club's payroll including maintenance of club's social media platform.

Operations and governance
Reflecting a mix of advisory, hands-on support and delivery of programs or events at the club. Covering policy review and set up, monthly committee reporting pack, review of member or customer experience plan and compliance review for liquour license and facility OHS.

Why the monthly retainer packages?
Clubs spend $$ annually on labour costs to cover a wide range of operational needs such as administration, bookkeeping, marketing and often pay for a 3rd party that has not worked in any clubs before to manage their day-to day. These packages are a fraction of the costs involved when you consider payroll tax, work cover and superannuation on top of base rate salary.
We position ourselves as a premium but practical solution for clubs. We are an insider, not an outside.
