I’ve always been drawn to that behind-the-scenes work that makes the front of house shine. That’s where Club Whisperer began.

Over my career, I’ve worn many hats across administration, finance, marketing, hospitality, and leadership. I’ve worked with clubs of all sizes, and I’ve lived the chaos of juggling legacy systems, stretched teams, and complex compliance demands. As the first woman in Australia to earn the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation through the Club Management Association of America, I knew I had something unique to offer: not just knowledge but lived, practical experience.

I founded Club Whisperer to fill the gap between overstretched club teams and one-size-fits-all consultants. We provide agile, hands-on support that feels like an extension of your team, not an external voice.
